Your Chef |
Throughout your time with us your meals will be prepared by your personal chef. Each of our chefs are selected after a strict cooking test in which they must produce a four course meal that conforms to our exacting standards.
With an emphasis on local produce, seasonality and a strong knowledge of the specialties of the region, meals are buffet style breakfasts, followed by a buffet lunch featuring cold meats, tarts, terrines and salads, followed by cheese, breads and biscuits.
Dinners are always plated and consist of at lest four courses with complimentary wines. Of course there would be little point having a personal chef without being able to accommodate your wishes and as such, our chefs are always on hand to make sure your culinary wishes are being fulfilled. | | |
